The Compliance Executive Committee is made up of:

  • OSU’s Provost and Executive Vice President
  • Vice President of Finance and Administration
  • Vice President for Research
  • Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs
  • General Counsel
  • Chief Audit Executive
  • Faculty Senate President
  • Institutional Compliance Director

The Compliance Executive Committee will:

  • Review the university’s compliance policies
  • Empower the Compliance Director to take specific actions
  • Enable the university to appropriately respond to all compliance-related situations within a timely and effective manner
