The Office for Sponsored Research and Award Administration (OSRAA) provides seamless support to those engaged in world-class research at Oregon State University. OSRAA provides leadership in lifecycle research administration by:

  • Supporting sponsored research, scholarship, instruction and other activities

  • Integrating a partnership in proposal submission, award negotiation and acceptance, research costing and analysis and award/financial management

  • Demonstrating excellence in customer service and fiduciary stewardship.    


The OSRAA staff is divided into four units to meet the needs of the University. The four units include Data/Systems, Proposal and Award Management, Research Costing and Analysis, and Cost and Financial Management.
