Brief Summary: The Partnership* track supports projects designed to result in the regional or national diffusion and/or scale-up of evidence-based systemic change strategies. Partnership projects are expected to involve two or more partners. Partnership projects must be designed to have a significant reach to individuals and/or organizations with evidence-based systemic change strategies to enhance equity for STEM faculty in academic workplaces and the academic profession.
Limit on Number of Proposals per Organization: 1 - OSU may apply to the Partnership Track

Eligible IHEs can submit one proposal to IT-Preliminary, Adaptation, OR Catalyst. IHEs can also be a partner on one or more Partnership proposals.

Eligible Non-profit, non-academic organizations can submit one proposal to the Adaptation competition and be a partner on one or more Partnership proposals.

IHEs and non-profit, non-academic organizations may be partners on multiple ADVANCE Partnership proposals in the same competition but can be the lead organization only on one Partnership proposal in the same competition.

Please prepare the following information to be entered in Infoready here:

Descriptive Title

Project Summary: 3 or 4 sentences or bullet points that provide an overview of the objective of your proposed research, how you plan to do it, and the expected outcome.

Key PI/co-PIs: 5 or 6 sentences or bullet points that highlight team expertise as it relates to the project.

Budget: Example: The total cost of the project is anticipated to be $ X, with $ Y being requested from the Agency. Agency funds will be used for: $ A for personnel; $ B for operations, and $ C for broader impacts/subcontracts etc.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION (1 page) - please use an 11 point or higher font with one-inch margins and upload as a pdf
Please provide a clear and concise statement of:

Proposal vision/intellectual merit

Proposed activities: Describe the activities to be undertaken and and timelines that will be undertaken.

Expected results: Describe the outcomes you anticipate and your approach to evaluating those outcomes.

Intersectionality: Describe how you will take an intersectional approach in the proposal design, research, evaluation, and data collection in order to understand and address systemic inequity.

Abbreviated CV or biographical sketch of the principal investigator – separate page
