PROGRAM GOAL

To provide equitable access to flexible funding for organizations serving communities most pressing needs throughout Oregon

The fall cycle is for capacity building, capital and project funding (July - November).

TO APPLY

Fill out this Infoready application by July 5, 2023 with:

  • Descriptive title
  • Anticipated total budget request
  • Budget description (Example: The total cost of the project is anticipated to be $ X. Agency funds will be used for: $ A for personnel; $ B for artist stipends, and $ C for materials/supplies, etc.)
  • Prior Contact with Sponsor: If you have been contacted or invited to apply by a program officer from the Sponsor, please provide the officer’s name, reason, and date of contact.

  • What type of project is this? (Select one)

    • New or expanding program or project.
    • Capacity-building
    • Small capital (project budget must be $500k or less)

Please upload a 1-page Project Description including the following information (please use an 11 point or higher font with one-inch margins):

  • Provide a one sentence summary of your request, including the purpose of the funds, the community you intend to serve or support, and the need your request aims to address.
  • What are the goals of this request? If it’s a program or project, describe your new or expanding effort.
  • Which of the following priority populations are the intentional focus of the activities and outreach in your application? (Select up to three, answering specifically for this proposal rather than for the broader organization/program.)

    • Black, Indigenous, Latinx and people of color
    • Immigrants and/or refugees
    • People experiencing disabilities.
    • People living on low income.
    • People living in under-resourced communities and/or communities lacking critical infrastructure.
    • People who are homeless/unsheltered
    • People who identify as LGBTQIA+
    • Survivors of domestic violence and/or child abuse
  • What is the timeline? E.g., Month One, Month Two. Include key milestones and please note that all intended activities must occur starting December 2023 to November 2024.
  • Describe the community and population served through your request.
  • Describe how the population served is involved and represented in the planning and decision-making of your proposed work. Specifically describe their engagement in leadership, partnerships, planning committees or other roles.
  • Describe your program’s relationship with the population or community it serves and how the program is positioned for success.
