Research Made Easier: Introducing Cayuse Human Ethics (HE)
Note: The login for Cayuse HE is different than the login and website currently used for Cayuse sponsored programs (Cayuse SP & 424) proposals. Planning is underway to integrate the two platforms in the future. Please use the "IRB Application Login" link below to access Cayuse HE.
Learn more about this transition and see our Instructions & FAQs webpage.
The Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) and IRB support OSU’s commitment to research by working to protect the rights and welfare of human subjects who participate in research; promoting the ethical principles of respect for persons, beneficence, and justice; and by assisting the OSU community in ensuring compliance with the standards set forth in the Common Rule (45 CFR 46) by the Department of Health and Human Services.
All research projects involving human subjects must be submitted for review. Projects must be approved by the IRB or receive an exempt determination prior to the initiation of any study activities, including recruitment or analysis of existing data. If you are preparing a new submission, please take a moment to review this information to ensure your application is “Review-ready” to help facilitate a shorter turnaround time.
