Every member of ORI is prepared to assist you but please begin by contacting the Unit Lead if you have concerns about a study or wish to report safety or welfare matter related to human or animal subjects involved in OSU research.
Contact the Research Integrity Officer (RIO) to report fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism in proposing, performing, or reviewing research, or in reporting research results.
Research Misconduct policy and related procedures
Contact the relevant Unit Lead with concerns or complaints about a policy, procedure, or committee or staff review process.
