Linda Brewer holds a Master's degree in Soil Science, but provides services in Project Management and Technical Writing. Among the projects she has managed are several USDA NIFA grants; she has been mentored by NIFA program leaders in developing effective impact statements, and she speaks at conferences on this subject.
