Oregon State University has enabled two-factor authentication for internal users for services on campus, including RELMS. The Duo app will receive notifications of authentication requests which you can either approve or deny. More information on Duo enrollment can be found on the OSU UIT page.
How do I reserve time or request services from a Facility using RELMS?
Go to the Make a Payment page, and follow the link for the RELMS Facility.
Each payment source has an owner and may also have authorized purchasers and/or business administrators.
o Owners receive billing notifications for their payment sources, can review and dispute charges, and have the ability to add and remove purchasers.
o Purchasers may use a payment source and will receive receipts for their individual purchases, but do not otherwise have any control over the payment source.
o Business administrators receive billing notifications at the same time as owners and have the ability to review charges on their behalf.
RELMS uses three types of payment sources:
o Internal users: Indexes only. Indexes are validated directly with OSU’s financial system.
o External users: Purchase Orders. Payment can then be made with check, credit card, ACH or wire transfer.
o External users: Non-Purchase Orders. Payment can then be made with check, credit card, ACH or wire transfer.

Users are logged out by default to prevent accidentally taking actions under the wrong account, which could occur in a facility where many users are sharing one computer to start and end reservations. If users have other tasks to attend to, choose "Stay logged in" to avoid getting logged out.
