iRIS is OSU’s electronic research administration system. All Conflict of Interest disclosures, and applications to conduct human or animal research are submitted through iRIS.
There is no scheduled maintenance in iRIS at this time.
All those with academic appointments must submit their Conflicts of Interest disclosure within 30 days of their start date, and update it annually at minimum.
More information and guidance can be found on the RCOI Program website.
The HRPP Application enables users to submit the following:
We encourage new users to request a training session or advising. More information and guidance can be found on the Human Research Protection Program website.
The IACUC module of iRIS, an online research administration system, is now available for use. This system replaces the use of Word document files for the submission of new protocols and associated amendments, annual reports, incident reports, and exemption requests.
If you have any questions, please contact APOffice@oregonstate.edu.
Log in to iRIS using your ONID credentials
If you are unable to log in, contact the OSU Help Desk by creating a support ticket or calling 7-8787. You will receive assistance within 24 hours.
Professorial faculty, research associates, post-doctoral scholars/fellows, and some others will automatically have access to the RCOI form.
All faculty, staff, and students have access to the HRPP/IRB application.
If you can log in to iRIS but do not have access to the form that you are looking for, request access using this form: Request iRIS Access Form
If you do not see your training records or they are inaccurate, log in to your existing CITI training registration and ensure that your email addresses accurately reflect your OSU affiliation in both the primary and institutional address fields.
Use of other OSU email variations or personal email addresses will prevent your training records from appearing in iRIS and prevent you from submitting new applications.
All COI disclosures are now in iRIS.
Studies approved by the IRB before January 21, 2019 will not be transferred into iRIS.
